Mechanical seal Type 365

Particularly large pumps, agitators, mixers, autoclaves, filters, calenders, fermenters and similar units with large shafts often have a tendency for the shafts to move very eccentrically. This applies both to axial, radial and pendulating movements. Conventional mechanical seals cannot cope with these extreme conditions. DEPAC offers the mechanical seal type 365 for such applications. Thanks to its unique design with "floating" seal faces, the mechanical seal is capable of absorbing these extreme movements in the seal itself and nevertheless always maintaining the faces in the same pressure ratio to each other. This mechanical seal operates reliably and fully independently of any shaft movements.
