REMET RS – Type 403
The type 403 is a unique, kneadable, alloy-reinforced and corrosion-resistant polymer composite material supplied in stick form. It is regarded as the ideal emergency repair system. The necessary quantity is cut off the stick, kneaded in the hand and pressed onto the point to be repaired.
For the fast repair of cracks in metal housings, worn keyways, heating and cooling systems, oil sumps, transformers, batteries, stripped threads, damaged hydraulic pistons and much more besides.
The type 403 is fully cured after two hours. After that it can be machined like metal.
