Moisture shield - Type 303
The type 303 is a fluid that displaces water and protects against corrosion. Blank metal parts are protected against corrosion for up to 18 months indoors and up to 10 months outdoors (roofed over).
Electrical units are dried out by the Moisture Shield. The protective film doesn't usually have to be removed, but this can easily be done if necessary using the DEPAC Industrial and Marine Solvent (type 105).
