Foundation of DEPAC AG. The company is established by Ing. Peter Kopicki in Liechtenstein. The portfolio encompasses packings, technical products and mechanical seals manufactured by suppliers to DEPAC specifications.

Ing. Peter Scrivener takes over the management of the DEPAC companies in 2003. The Eschen location is expanded. Management, administration, development, marketing and parts of production are united under one roof.
Ing. Peter Scrivener takes over 100 percent of the shares in DEPAC Anstalt and the associated companies.
With the takeover by Ing. Peter Scrivener, DEPAC drives new developments and registers numerous utility models and patents. DEPAC becomes an innovation driver in the industry.
Ing. Peter Scrivener will involve his long-term employees Simon Scrivener, Christian Hagen and Frank Lutz (from right) in the company in order to drive further growth.
The business volume is increasing continuously above the industry average. A new 1.800 m² location is put into operation in Schlins (Austria). Raw material , repair department, assembling and warehouse are under one roof.
Redesign of the DEPAC brand. The corporate design is being revised, and as a result, the new DEPAC logo is created.
Despite the corona pandemic and lockdowns around the world, DEPAC remains on the road to success and in 2020 will achieve its best sales and operating result since the company was founded.
As from October 1st, 2021, the swedisch enterprise DENSIQ AB takes over DEPAC. DEPAC`S worldwide growth strategy is therefore secured and multifaceted prospects are enabled trough this acquisition.
